What are your delivery charges?
UK Mainland delivery by national courier is FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £100.
For orders less than £100 the delivery charge is £10.50. Remember that all our products can be frozen, so you get great value when you stock up!
Can I order other products from Dalbeattie Fine Foods?
Yes. Our website only shows a very small selection of our most popular items. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to order any other products.

Can I place a regular order?
At the moment we don't have an automated way for you to place a regular order, for example a monthly or quarterly delivery. We are very happy to set up a service like this over the phone - please give us a ring and speak to Alan if you would like to arrange a regular delivery from Dalbeattie Fine Foods.
I want to place an order as a gift for someone, what's the best way to do this?
You can place an order directly through the website, just specify the delivery address of the recipient. Feel free to give us a phone or send an email and we will be very happy to include a message from you in the delivery.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes. Our gift vouchers are not available to buy online at the moment, but give us a ring and we'll arrange one by phone.
Are your products suitable for freezing?
Yes. All our products can be frozen which means you can stock up and save on delivery charges.
Are there discounts for very large orders?
Yes, if you are buying a large quantity, for example for an event or to stock up yours and relatives freezers, then we are happy to discuss discounts. Contact us and let us know your requirements and we will be happy to discuss a bulk purchase discount.
